Water and a power socket are not required as standard. We carry our own purified Spotless Water and run on clean energy. Occasionally we may ask to use a socket for certain services, and this will always be discussed with you at the time of booking.
It depends on the package and your vehicle. A Refresh takes up to 3 hours, a Full Valet up to 4 hours, and a Signature up to 6 hours. Detailing appointments are booked as a full day. We will always confirm a clear time estimate when you book.
Light swirl marks and surface scratches can often be significantly reduced or removed through machine polishing as part of our detailing service. We always inspect the paintwork first and give you a clear, honest assessment of what is achievable before any work begins.
For valeting services, full payment is due on the day. For detailing services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot, with the balance due on completion. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit. We accept card and bank transfer.
For most drivers, a full valet every 2 to 3 months keeps the vehicle in excellent condition. If your car is parked outside or used for longer journeys on the A4155 or A404, more regular visits will make a real difference. Our Maintenance Plan is designed for customers who want consistent, year-round results at a predictable cost.
