A valet focuses on cleaning your vehicle inside and out, removing dirt and restoring its appearance. Detailing goes further, using machine polishing to correct paintwork defects such as swirl marks and scratches, and applying long-term protective coatings. Think of a valet as a thorough clean and a detail as a full restoration and protection treatment.

It depends on the package and your vehicle size and condition. As a guide, a Refresh takes up to 3 hours, a Full Valet up to 4 hours, and a Signature up to 6 hours. Larger vehicles or those in poorer condition may take a little longer. We will always give you an accurate estimate when you book.

No. Our mobile setup is completely self-contained. We carry our own purified Spotless Water supply and operate on clean energy. We do not need access to your water supply or power socket, though a socket can occasionally be useful for certain services.

Light scratches and swirl marks can often be significantly reduced or removed through machine polishing as part of our detailing services. Deep scratches that have penetrated through the clear coat may not be fully removable. We will always assess the paintwork beforehand and be honest about what is achievable.

For valeting services, full payment is due on the day of the appointment. For detailing services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot, with the remaining balance due on the day upon completion. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit to secure the slot.

It depends on how you use your vehicle and the level of finish you want to maintain. As a general guide, most car owners benefit from a full valet every 2 to 3 months and a full detail once or twice a year. If you drive regularly, park outside, or have pets or children in the vehicle, more frequent visits will keep it in better condition. Our Maintenance Plan is designed for customers who want to stay on top of their vehicle's appearance year-round.
