Yes, in many cases. Light swirl marks and surface scratches can be significantly reduced or eliminated through machine polishing. This is part of our detailing service rather than our valeting packages. We always inspect the paintwork first and give an honest assessment of what is achievable before any work begins.
For valeting services, full payment is taken on the day. For detailing services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot, with the balance due on completion. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit. Payment can be made by card or bank transfer.
For most drivers, a full valet every 2 to 3 months is a good baseline for keeping your vehicle in excellent condition. If you do a lot of miles on the M4 or M40, park outdoors, or have young children or pets in the car, more frequent visits will make a noticeable difference. Our Maintenance Plan is designed for exactly this: regular visits at a predictable cost.
