We carry our own purified Spotless Water and run on clean energy, so water and a power socket are not required as standard. Occasionally we may ask to use a socket for certain services, and this will always be discussed with you beforehand.
It depends on the package and your vehicle. A Refresh typically takes up to 3 hours, a Full Valet up to 4 hours, and a Signature up to 6 hours. Detailing work is booked as a full-day appointment. We will give you a clear time estimate at the point of booking.
Light surface scratches and swirl marks can often be greatly reduced or removed through machine polishing, which is included in our detailing packages. Deeper scratches that have gone through the clear coat are harder to eliminate fully. We inspect every vehicle before we start and give an honest, no-pressure assessment.
For valeting services, payment is due in full on the day. For detailing bookings, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept card and bank transfer. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit to hold the slot.
Most of our Slough customers book a full valet every 2 to 3 months as a regular maintenance routine. If your vehicle is used heavily, sits outside, or carries children or pets, you may find more frequent visits worthwhile. Our Maintenance Plan is built around exactly this: keeping your vehicle in great shape throughout the year at a fixed, predictable cost.
