Water and a power socket are not required as standard. We carry our own purified Spotless Water and run on clean energy. Occasionally we may ask to use a socket for certain services, and this will always be discussed with you at the time of booking.
It depends on the package and your vehicle. A Refresh takes up to 3 hours, a Full Valet up to 4 hours, and a Signature up to 6 hours. Detailing appointments are booked as a full day. We will always confirm a clear time estimate when you book.
Yes. We regularly look after prestige vehicles, supercars and high-value classics across Virginia Water and Wentworth. We use Sonax professional-grade products throughout and take a meticulous, considered approach to every vehicle. We will always discuss the right service for your specific car before any work begins.
For valeting services, full payment is due on the day. For detailing services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot, with the balance due on completion. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit. We accept card and bank transfer.
For most drivers, a full valet every 2 to 3 months maintains the vehicle in excellent condition. For prestige and high-value vehicles, more regular visits are often worthwhile to protect the finish and preserve the value. Our Maintenance Plan is designed for clients who want consistent, year-round results at a fixed cost.
