Water and a power socket are not required as standard. We carry our own purified Spotless Water supply and run on clean energy. Occasionally we may ask to use a socket for certain services, and this will always be discussed with you at the time of booking.
It depends on the package and your vehicle. A Refresh takes up to 3 hours, a Full Valet up to 4 hours, and a Signature up to 6 hours. Detailing appointments are booked as a full day. We will always confirm a clear time estimate when you book.
Yes. We regularly work on prestige and luxury vehicles and treat every one with the same meticulous care. We use Sonax professional-grade products throughout and will always discuss the right approach for your specific vehicle before any work begins.
For valeting services, full payment is due on the day. For detailing services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due on completion. Multi-vehicle bookings also require a deposit to secure the slot. We accept card and bank transfer.
For most drivers, a full valet every 2 to 3 months keeps the vehicle in excellent condition. If your car is parked outside, used heavily or carries children or pets, more frequent visits will make a real difference. Our Maintenance Plan is designed for customers who want consistent results throughout the year at a predictable cost.
